Blythe's kitty cat hat

The weather is definitely cooler and crisp here now, which I love although it is still not cold enough for true winter woolies. Blythe's wardrobe needs a serious update to get her comfy during Autumn so I made a few new dresses and hats, plus bought her 2 fab new cardigans...now she just needs a couple more things, especially some shoes! Barefoot during the cold months? I don't think so!

Here is the first new dress and cute kitty hat....hmm I think I am living through her as I would LOVE to look like this, hehe.

Fun photo shoot

Last weekend I had the pleasure of a visit from my dear friend Saoirse, who was staying a few days in between her travels. As soon as I saw her fabulous new purple hair,I knew we just had to have a mini photo shoot. It was so much fun, with bubbles (detergent ones and bubbles of the alcoholic variety) and LOTS of COLOUR! Check out my awesome vintage sheet too, one of my best op shop finds as it's completely my colours and was even unopened,in the original packet!

Such a gorgeous girl, inside and out, and what a talented make up artist, I adore her eyeshadow(s). It was a wonderful day. I hope to do a few more fun photo shoots this year as I have some ideas up my sleeve and lots of props lol!

Shopping bliss

New season stock is in the stores which makes me wanna go on a big shopping spree and update my wardrobe! So many pretty clothes in soft colours and floaty florals, all right up my alley. Here are a few purchases I've managed to squeeze out of my tight budget recently.

Cute rings...I am really into these plastic flowers at the moment.

I may not actually ever use this for perfume, but it looks good!

Practical and oh so comfortable.

Love, love, love floral fabric and even better when its made into shoes.

Backyard fashion shoot

On a wet and grey Easter monday a magical fashion shoot took place in my soggy backyard. My beautiful & dear Irish friend Saoirse blossomed into a fairy as my model and between us we created some pretty, colourful and enchanting outfits. Oh how I wish we wore these clothes every day!
